The product keeps evolving—here is what teams use most after go-live: trustworthy attendance, governed outbound email, and mobile-first workflows alongside the full browser dashboard.
A dedicated dashboard area for HR preset notices, bulk sends (capped), and custom mail with multi-recipient modes, CC/BCC, and optional attachments—using your verified company SMTP and branded HTML layout.
Native Flutter companion for employees and admins: attendance, requests, payroll slips, HR workspace shortcuts, Send mail where permitted, chat, meetings, field GPS map, and deep links to the web portal when you need the full UI.
Role hierarchies, delegated HR scopes, plan-gated modules, optional sender allowlists for notices, and outbound email logging for admins—so compliance conversations stay grounded in product behaviour.
Same REST API powers the marketing site, company dashboard, employee & field portals, Super Admin console, and mobile clients—consistent permissions end to end.
From the first company application to daily clock-ins, HR correspondence, payroll approvals, task checklists, and month-end exports, aTTENdance follows how mid-sized teams actually work: policies in the morning, proof of work through the day, and clear accountability at night—with optional face capture on checkout, geofence validation for in-office staff, verified outbound mail when you enable it, and a separate lighter path for field employees when your company enables it.
Self-reported plans, supervisor-assigned tasks, post–clock-in popups, and optional manager acknowledgement—so everyone agrees what "today" means before work ramps up.
Tasks with due dates, daily unit reporting, notifications, company Send mail where enabled, chat threads, and meeting spaces keep distributed teams aligned without leaving the platform.
Face-verified check-out, "how completed" notes, achievement vs target summaries, and attendance status rules help you close the loop for compliance and payroll prep.
Below reflects the same capability groups used inside the product: core tools, administration, workforce, time & attendance, collaboration, messaging, and configuration. Super Admins can tune which areas each subscription plan opens—your organization sees only what you are entitled to.
Company snapshot, subscription context, attendance highlights, and quick paths into the sections your role is allowed to open.
Central place for leave and other employee requests—including flows that touch salary slips where HR can generate structured payslip PDFs from payroll inputs or upload an approved file.
Model your org chart with departments and reusable custom roles, then attach employees to the right scope for approvals and reporting.
Dozens of built-in switches—from attendance policy editing and schedule / rota management to exports, payroll, chat admin, and meeting controls—so you can delegate safely.
Company admins review sensitive actions, policy violations, and user restriction workflows—helpful when onboarding many employees at once.
Configurable document requirements, HR verification windows, compliance summaries, and reset tools—ideal for regulated onboarding.
Search, filters, profile details, face registration status, hierarchy context, and delegated CRUD based on what each manager is allowed to change.
Assign work with targets and units, collect same-day progress, and connect completion proof to attendance checkout when your policy requires it.
Filterable grids, status colors, optional live photo & GPS columns (when your role permits), half-day and late analytics, exports, and HR corrections with audit context.
Live and historical routes for eligible field employees—great for distributed sales or service teams when your plan enables the module.
Define an office center and radius; in-office employees clock inside the zone while field profiles can remain exempt yet still fully verified by face.
Sub-second live match feedback, automatic capture when thresholds pass, and structured evening notes with optional task-row updates at checkout.
Also includes office-hour policies, rotational shift templates & per-day assignments, week-offs & holiday calendars, and checkout rules that respect your company's task-completion settings.
Direct messages and company groups, with optional voice/video launch points, image attachments, unread badges, and admin-managed membership where enabled.
Schedule internal sessions, attach agendas, join built-in video rooms or external links, upload artifacts, and (where enabled) run AI-assisted summaries on stored transcripts.
Publish in-app alerts with optional deep links into attendance, tasks, or field tracking—ideal for policy reminders or emergency broadcasts.
Approve slips, manage periods, tune print templates with branded headers/footers, and preview PDF output before employees download approved documents.
Download structured datasets (CSV, Excel, PDF depending on area) for finance, compliance, or operations—scoped to what each role is allowed to extract.
Spin up company-specific tables with configurable columns for datasets that do not belong in core HR tables—perfect for lightweight audits or operational trackers.
Branding, attendance zone, office times & colors, task-popup rules, verified company SMTP (OTP), HTML email layout presets, extra mailboxes & routing, leave-balance widgets, billing visibility, and more—split between admins and trusted delegates.
Dedicated experience for releasing mail: preset HR notices, bulk batches, and custom / offer-style messages with multi-recipient selection, CC/BCC, optional attachments, and optional extra SMTP identities—while configuration & audit trails stay under Settings → Email.
Per-user avatars, password flows, JWT-based sessions for the SPA dashboards, and guard rails such as face-gates when policies demand fresh biometrics.
Separate surface for platform operators to vet new tenants, tune subscription plans, and control which high-level modules appear for each customer tier.
Same platform—different entry points and permissions—so governance stays simple as you scale.
Executives & admins
Full visibility into attendance health, HR workloads, collaboration usage, and subscription limits—with quick jumps into deep sections.
HR & operations
Managers can verify documents, edit safe attendance fields, run exports, send permitted HR mail from web or mobile, or curate schedules—without handing over full admin keys.
In-office teams
Self-service clocking, plan capture, requests, and lightweight views of the policies that matter day-to-day.
Field workforce
Purpose-built flows for mobile staff with optional live GPS tracking pages for supervisors when your company turns those capabilities on.
Submit the company registration form with statutory details so Super Admins can verify your organization.
Once approved, attach the right subscription plan to unlock modules and seat counts that match your contract.
Admins set branding, attendance zones, schedules, verified company SMTP & mail routing, and the permission templates each department should inherit.
Employees sign in, register faces when required, and run their day through tasks, attendance, chat, and requests—while telemetry flows to dashboards.
Your company controls the policy. Typically, in-office staff use face match for clock-in/out, while field employees may follow a lighter GPS-focused path when enabled. Supervisors can still require face enrollment for sensitive roles.
Yes. Super Admins maintain a catalog of feature flags per plan—mirroring the same toggles the dashboard script reads—so customers only see what they pay for while keeping a single codebase.
Every primary record is scoped by tenant identifiers on the server. Role hierarchies and delegated scopes further narrow which rows a manager can open—even inside the same company.
Company admins land on the main dashboard. Employees with extra permissions may share the same dashboard, while frontline staff typically route to the employee or field portal. Super Admins head to their own console.
You connect and verify your organization's SMTP sender under Settings → Email. Preset HR notices, bulk sends, and custom messages are sent from a dedicated Send mail area (also reachable from the mobile HR workspace when your plan and role allow). Inbound personal mailboxes are not synced—SMTP here is for trusted outbound HR and system mail, with optional audit logging for admins.
Create your tenant, invite colleagues, and start collecting trustworthy attendance in days—not months.
